Giving Children Hope gives families the resources they need to help them through the day-to-day struggle so that they can break the cycle of need for their family.
Funding from the Albertson's Foundation will make sure that children receive food so they do not have to face hunger during nights and weekends and can instead focus on being a kid, while increasing learning and health outcomes.
Getting to know Giving Children Hope
Giving Children Hope is a nonprofit organization that supports children and families by breaking their cycle of need and guiding them toward success and self-sustainability.
Giving Children Hope partners with local schools to identify children experiencing hunger, then provides them with weekly food either at our food distribution or in a backpack delivered to their school.
