The mission of Empowering the Masses (ETM) is to empower people through vocational training, core skills development and health advocacy.
This grant will fund ETM's summer nourishment program, providing children in Dallas area households facing food insecurity with breakfasts, lunches and snacks each week throughout the summer when school meals are unavailable.
Getting to know Empowering the Masses
The mission of Empowering the Masses (ETM) is to empower people through vocational training, core skills development and health advocacy.
ETM's summer nourishment program provides children in food insecure households with five breakfasts, five lunches and five snacks each week for twelve weeks during the summer months, when school meals are not available. Bags are distributed alongside the regular groceries families already receive through ETM's Community Market.
